Make-up Sessions Policy

  1. A maximum of two (2) make-up sessions per term are permitted for students who are absent due to illness or serious injury.

  2. Parents/guardians must email littledippersswim@gmail.com to notify us of their childโ€™s absence prior to the scheduled lesson.

  3. To be eligible for a make-up session, a valid medical certificate may be required and must be submitted for approval before a make-up lesson is granted.

  4. Approved make-up sessions will be scheduled during the following school holidays, subject to availability.

  5. Make-up sessions cannot be carried over to the following term, unless the child is unable to participate due to a serious or long-term medical condition (e.g. broken arm, surgery, or extended recovery period). In such cases, carry-over will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and a medical certificate will be required.

  6. Missed make-up lessons will be counted as attended and cannot be rescheduled.
