Little Dippers provides an inviting aquatic classroom with caring and patient teachers who deliver well-balanced structured programs that are interactive and fun. Our mission is to make affordable quality swimming and water safety programs and aquatic classes available and accessible to everyone in our community.

Swimming Classes

  • Aqua Zumba

    Tuesdays - 12:30 pm to 1:15 pm

    Thursday - 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm (starting 21st March)

    Aqua Zumba is a water-based fitness program that combines Zumba moves with water resistance. Its benefits include low-impact exercise, increased resistance, improved cardiovascular health, enhanced balance and coordination, flexibility, stress relief, and suitability for all fitness levels.

    Cost: $15 Casual Session/ $100 for 10 Concession

  • Aqua Aerobics

    Wednesday, Thursday - 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm

    Aqua Aerobics is a low impact, high energy workout for all ages. It is a fun way to get active and keep fit using the water’s natural buoyancy and resistance to burn calories. It offers a great alternative for those who want the benefits of exercise within a safe environment provided by the water, while working on core stability, body alignment and posture and inner muscle strength. These classes are an hour long and are always a fun workout.

    Costs per class: $15 Casual Session

  • Hydrotherapy

    Tuesday - 2:30pm to 3:30pm

    Wednesday - 9:30am to 10:00am & 1:30pm to 3:00pm

    Thursday- 8:30am to 9:30am & 1:30pm to 3:00pm

    Saturday - 7:30am to 8:00am & BY APPOINTMENT

    Hydrotherapy concerns a form of physiotherapy using the benefits of the water. It allows the body to move normally, whilst alleviating pressure on injured body parts or relieving discomfort. The opportunity to provide access to this warm water allows the student to focus on relaxation, improve core stability as well as body alignment. With specific exercises, it helps to increase movement and strengthen muscles.

    Costs per session: $6.50

  • Ai Chi

    Tuesday - 1:45 pm to 2:30 pm

    Thursday - 6:45am to 7:30am

    Ai Chi is a simple water exercise and relaxation program performed using a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of arms, legs, and torso in flowing continual patterns. In shoulder-depth warm water simple and flowing movements of the total body are coordinated with the breath. The movements and relaxed environment created by the teacher promote mental and emotional awareness, increase energy, and bring tranquility to an otherwise stressful existence. This is a 45-minute class that is very similar to Tai Chi but is held in the water. The physical benefits are numerous.
